The item was exactly as advertised – arrived in mint condition in the original box on the date promised. This was a replacement for a cherished family ornament which stopped working. The craftsman ship and look of Hallmark ornaments is impossible to beat. Each time we turn on the tree, this ornament plays a Christmas tune … and although we can press a button to make it play, we love it when it plays as we illuminate the tree each morning.
